艾米 马特斯
体育主任(713) 219-5490生物游戏体验: Coach 马特斯 was a 3-Sport Varsity letter winner (足球, 垒球, 网球)在La Marque高中.
教练/教学经验: Coach 马特斯 began her career in education in Dickinson ISD at the middle school level, 训练排球, 篮球, track, 还有网球和教数学. She spent the next 5 years at her alma mater teaching middle school PE and journalism and 训练排球 and 篮球. She also coached Varsity 网球, JV 排球, and JV 垒球 at the high school.
In 2003, she began teaching and coaching at Elkins High School in Fort Bend ISD. She was also the PE/Health Department Chair and Girls Athletic Coordinator. During her 9 years at Elkins, she coached JV 排球, Varsity 越野 & 大学垒球.
In 2004, Elkins 垒球 had a perfect 39-0 season, winning the UIL 5A State Championship. The team was also named USA Today National Champions and National Coaching Staff of the Year. Elkins 垒球 went on to win 34 games the next season, carrying the winning streak to a national record, 76-0, before the team lost in the regional final game.
